TTS and Voice Recognotion limts

After searching the net and the forum, I found that (though not documented by google), that the limit time of voice for recognition is limited to 60 seconds, and for TTS is 4000 characters..

Any better information?

I don't actually know the limits. My book reader app feeds a single page at a time to the TTS engine, so it would be well under that limit.
