.txt to sql

I have a text file containing large data in it . Data is like this :
"Bangalore","12:58N","077:36E","05:30","India"
Such data around counting 5000 . is it possible to import data to a sql db via coding ?

I'm using this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sqlite-manager/

There are several sqlite software too but since i have FireFox and this plugin does the trick i did not bother using a standalone software.
