UI design frustration

Hallo, i need to create a pretty complex screen in android and I falling deep in frustration with UI Design.

Screen should look like it has a lot of little panels with images, texts and buttons.

Any idea how to achieve this ? without sufferng

I HAVE trietoo do it in Designer, screen looks ok in design time but completely breaks in runtime.
