Android Question unable to start app

Just installed java, android-sdk and actual B4A (5.02).
When running simply the empty project on my device only an error is shown "B4A Example wurde beendet" and some moments later the rapid also only shows an error "fails to connect to device".
Attached is the log B4A writes.
What goes wrong?

There may be a specific driver for your device. Go to their website and see if they offer an android driver in the support/downloads section. Also make sure that you have developer mode enabled on your device, as well as allow installation from unknown sources.
