Android Question Unfortunately application has stop

Unfortunately application has stopped.

I get this error on samsung tablet SM-T116NY
Android Version : 4.4.4
Android security patch level 2017-08-01
I am using AppCompat lib ver 3.52 and
#Extends: android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity
Error occured on all mode : debug,release

Application run on other android mobile with no problem.

What's the problem?

IMPOSSIBLE!

Connect your device running USB Debugging and check the Log.
Maybe you need to check the unfiltered log.

But the Error is 100% in the Log. There is no Crash in Android without having the Crash in the LOG.
