I have updated the EzSlide 8 Editor and Viewer program apps.
I put all of the button graphic images into an ImageList control and
I fixed a bug that had to do with pressing the move left button "<<"
when the program first launches.
When you install the (.cab) file for the EzSlide 8 Editor program a directory
is created on the device with the following files in it:
Ez8EData.txt
The data file used by the Editor app.
Ez8Edit.jpg
JPEG image for the Main Screen.
Ez8eqvga.exe
The device executable file for the Editor app.
Ez8VData.txt
The data file used by the Viewer app.
PAMH.wav
A sample audio (.wav) sound file.
picinfo.jpg
A sample JPEG image file.
When you install the (.cab) file for the EzSlide 8 Viewer program, a directory
is created on the device with the following files in it:
Ez8VData.txt
The data file used by the Viewer app.
Ez8View.jpg
JPEG image for the Main Screen.
Ez8vqvga.exe
The device executable file for the Viewer app.
PAMH.wav
A sample audio (.wav) sound file.
picinfo.jpg
A sample JPEG image file.
All JPEG image files should be 240 pixels wide by 220 pixels high.
You can change image files for the Main Screen by selecting them
in the Editor program. You can create your own 240 x 220 pixel JPEG
image files and select them to be displayed as the Main Screen image
when the program launches. This gives you the ability to customize
the look of the Editor and Viewer programs.
You are free to use these programs and customize their look any way
that you like. You can create a slide show with the editor program and
distribute the finished slide show using the Viewer program.
You can load the following file into Setup Builder to create your (.cab)
installation file:
ez8vqvga.exe The executable file for the Viewer app.
ez8vdata.txt The data file used by the Viewer app.
ez8view.jpg JPEG Image file used for the Main Screen (customizable).
( 1 to 8 JPEG Image files.) JPG image files.
( 1 to 8 .wav sound files.) .wav sound files.
Package all of these files up into a (.cab) file and your Slide Show
is ready for distribution.
