Upgrade phone

Hello:

I want to upgrade to a better "faster" phone:
I have a Huawei m820 droid 2.2.1, works good but a little slow,no auto-focus or flash on camera etc.

Can anybody recommend a phone that I can do the same type of programming
"B4A" like the one I have?, like another Huawei "better faster" maybe?

The Huawei Ascend G330 looks to be one of the next best budget mobiles to be released:

Dual core 1GHz CPU.

I have the G300 and it's a great device, well worth the £100 i paid for it.
The G330 looks to be just as good value for money.
Shame it has just 512MB memory, 1GB is becoming the standard for memory on Android mobiles these days.
