Upgraded a Nexus 7 to OS4.3 and the Horror Started

I upgraded a Nexus 7 to OS4.3 and every time I exit the attached simple program I get 'Unfortunately 'App Label' has stopped. Ok
The program worked just fine before the upgrade and in all other devices.
I also had other programs that use SDK4 in the manifest exhibit that behavior. But, this attached program has SK14 in the manifest as displayed below and still did it:
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="4" android:targetSdkVersion="14"/>
Did anyone see that after upgrade.

Thank for your vigilance NJDude. I am glad Erel is addressing this issue. Maybe Erel could consolidate all these scattered OS4.3 issues for the time being, so we do not have to look in different forums. Sometimes, it is not prudent to be one of the first to jump on an upgrade. I should have learned my lesson a few years back when I upgraded XP to Vista.
