iOS Question Upload file to app store in Windows

Can I upload a file to the app store with B4i or in Windows?
Is there an alternative for Application loader or Transporter in windows?
To cause some limitation, I cannot upload file in Mac OS
Please give me a way

I used B4i tool for upload but get error
"Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com. "
