Upsetting email from Google

Today I tried to open a Google My Business account and started to fill out the application. While in the middle of the application, a message popped up saying
your account has been suspended for Google rules violation!! Gosh! I didn't even finish the application for a new account and never sent anything. Then now
I received an email (see attached screenshot) repeating the same suspension notification and what to do to reinstate it!! and they didn't forget to warn me that
if I repeated the violations then it will be deleted forever.. and of course I can't reply to them because the email comes from no-reply email address. I also can't correct
something that I don't know because they didn't explain the nature of the violations. please see the attached msg and see if it means anything.

Google My Business seems like it's an account meant for physical storefronts, like deli, pizza, sell shoes, etc so that people can communicate with your store from google search results or from google maps.

I'm assuming you are a developer being here on B4x.com, so I'm confused of the reason why you are opening a "My Business" account - do you own a physical store?

Hi John,
Thanks for the information.. there's no mention on their site of any requirement of any class of business though.. Now I know they need require a street brick and mortar store that allows walk-in customers to enter and buy physical items. They only thing they asked me was to verify my physical address and they send me a code by mail so they make sure this is in fact my address. That didn't work either. (see image). I can now forget it.

best regards
Note: the address on the envelope was in the company's name

I simply googled "Google My Business", and that was the impression I got.

I'm guessing you want to "confirm" your developer account as a company and not individual. Maybe there is another way to do this instead of applying for a "My Business" account.

So, @Beja I've been procrastinating on signing up as a developer.
seeing your post in #1 - i did what @JohnC did.
you've probably seen this and been there. but...what is sort of ambiguous is that last line in the capture below starting with Important.
does that mean that one has to FIRST create a Google Account - and, then, go to the : "set up Google My Business"?
Maybe that gets around the bricks-and-mortal impression of how it works?

SOOOOooooo....evidentally one creates a "normal" google account but with the name of a business not a personal name...but its not obvious how one links that to the Goolge My Business sign up (when you go to that page's dialogues)

it gets a bit more confusing when you look at the Create Developer Account dialogues, and it says :
