As you probably already know when you pubblish an app on play store you need to select a checkbox that you confirm the app comply with us exportation compliance, should i hire a lawyer for that? anyone?

I've never read of anyone having an issue because of this.

I think 128-Bit encryption or more should not be exported. So limit your encryption to 64-Bit and you are fine.
