USB Audio

Has anyone used a USB audio device with B4A. I have just purchased some cheap USB 3D sound 'sticks' with a microphone input and stereo output.

I use an app off Google Play and the app can see:

Connected USB devices:

2-1 000e:0d8c
Generic USB Audio Device

so i know as discussed in other posts/forums that Android 4.1 supports them, i was just wondering is the normal media/audio lib's can record from the microphone input?

If no one has any previous knowledge or experience i will have to go it alone
