usb conflicts

Hi, I have a usb driver app. Discovered a little issue when using multiple usb devices in my app. I'm using Ethernet dongle with usb printer. My app seems to take control of all the usb devices, i.e. Ethernet dongle, and it doesn't allow the system to access the dongle. I haven't been able to dive into the issue. I'm hoping someone with some usb experience can start me off in the right direction.
