Hi, i'm using dropbox for my user file storage because my godaddy ftp host has a number of files limit and I need some place to store them. I'm trying to download files through dropbox without the linkacount dialog but I can do it, I don't understand why it has to link when ever you install the app on a new phone because its always going to be connected to my account. Is there a way, or at least a way to automate it. I cant find a good ftp host. Ill need around 200gb of space for about $10-20 a month.

You can share the file as a public link which will then always be visible.
Just use HttpUtils2 to download it, as you would any file.
