Using Activity in a Class

I'm trying to use things like Activity.ACTION_DOWN in a class that is considered an activity type class (Uses Views, IME, etc) and when I press . after typing activity nothing comes up. I can dim a variable as an activity type and use it, so I just thought this seemed weird. As a workaround I'm probably going to use the actual numeric values 0, 1, 2, but just wanted to let you know.

I had the same problem and I did that in Treeview.
