all i can find is the free version download link.

The download of fullversion you get via email if you have an active subscription for updates... If you update-time is over you have to contact erel to ask for a new subscription-prize

my about link in the software says "Registered Version" and i dont belive i have seen an email,, i will send one to support.

Did you buy an basic (2 Month of updates) or an enterprise-version (2 Years of updates)?

Then your update-subscription is over and you are not allowed to get the v3 cause it was released after your 2 month.
If you want to upgrade to v3 then you have to rebuy "Updatetime" (in fact: buy a new copy). Write a mail to [email protected] and ask for a discount-prize. He maybe give you an x% Discount for renew your subscription. I suggest you to buy an enterprise-update to get 2 Years of updates
