VB Application Porting

I have a simple VB application that contains:
(1) Four checked list box controls
(2) Six Calculated Result fields
(3) Two Control Buttons
(4) Documentation Menu with:
(a) Application Definitions: 13 options
(b) User Interface Notes: 3 options
(c) Model Samples: 5 options

An estimate of time and cost is required

A bit more info would be needed, such as screenshots or documentation for the existing system.

It sounds like it would take a week or possibly two at most.

Cost would be minimal.

Would you be targetting phones and tablets, or just tablets?

Just to confirm, this isn't a college or Uni project is it?
