wakeup and unlock screen

hello . I made some search and find things about reflection but in every topic there is a confussion for me . For example in my app i added a service process which has a timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes i want the phone to wakeup and unlock the screen( no password protection) with the service's timer's tick.

is this possible ?

Look at the Alarm Service and RingAction
The key is:
Sub SetShowWhenLocked
' Don't put it in service module!
