Android Question WebView1 OverrideUrl not fired on submit

Why WebView1 OverrideUrl is not fired on form submit?
What is alternative?

It does not necessarily change url when you complete a form. Sometimes just send a POST or GET command.

So it does not always raise the OverrideUrl event
