Android Question Wemos D1 board and android

I have a Board Wemos D1. When you connect to it over wifi I can't connect to the Internet via the 3G. Is there a solution to this issue?
PS: I want to control the Arduino being connected to the Internet.

Set the android device as AP and make the wemos board connect to your AP...

You will need to disconnect the wifi before you connect to the internet.
