What is best way to Export data from SQLlite to web db

What is the best and convenient way to transfer data from local db like SQLlite to web db like mysql. Please advice me.

I shall complete the QCDBSync library this weekend and then it will be required to work out how to actually use the library - any members wanting to help test it are welcome.
