iOS Question What is minimum Xcode version requirement

Hi All,

I'm comfortable in Xcode 10.1 with no issues. Once my App's work is their any new minimum requirement by Apple requiring me to install Xcode 11?

Secondly with the latest B4iBuilder 6.1 fix can I use this along with Xcode 10.1 so when I upgrade eventually at least this fix is in place.

This week, if you are not mistaken, I tried submitting an App and Application Loader denied with the message that is required at least XCode 10.2.1
