This message from Apple

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on both iPhone and iPad running iOS 10.3.2 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network. Specifically the app launches to a page with password field only.

Please see attached screenshots for details.

I have answered their letter with this letter

Yes I have added a special password for my application
This is because it applies to a group of people and not to the general public
It is special for a particular company

The idea of the application is that the company wants to send email to employees through the application
So I set the password property to be special for this company
Is there a problem with that?

The password is ********

But do they also need three days to respond to me?

then you're lucky ;) Sometimes it takes a week to get to reviewing. I must admit that it goes faster recently.

if you're worried that it takes too long then you can always check http://appreviewtimes.com/
there's it shows an average based on recent user submitted data (currently 2 days to get to review)

He asked me some questions
- Is this app only for internal use?
- Who is the target audience?
- How do users receive a username / password?
- In which country the app will be distributed?

What is meant by internal use and target audience?

Unlike Google, that seems to use a bot to test apps, Apple use real people. So if a real person cannot log in, they cannot test your app.
There is a field in the submit page to add username, password and notes:

now he sent me

Thank you for providing additional information.

Upon further review, we found that your app does not comply with the following guidelines:

Guideline 3.2 - Business

We found that your app is not appropriate for the World storefront because it is a custom app designed specifically for ********, whose users are in Saudi Arabia.

At this time, Saudi Arabia is not part of the Volume Purchase Program.

Next Steps

Please revise your app to set the storefront to Saudi Arabia.

Resources

You can find additional information regarding the Volume Purchase Program and the Custom B2B Store in iTunes Connect Developer Help.

Best regards,
