Android Question Where can I download StringUtils library?

I'm searching the site looking for StringUtils library and I can't find.
I found a lot of questions, examples, library documentation, etc. but could not find the library itself.
Can someone please give me a direction?

StringUtils is part of the B4A install, check the libraries panel on the IDE.
