I can't found b4xlib file. I found only exoplayer. My example which I have downloaded that is crossplatform.

there is no b4xlib file. the library is a .jar file, and you also need to download some .aar files. all available as described in the link:

The exoplayer is only for android, the example was just created by b4xpages template. if you want to find a media player for crossplatforms . you can use the SMM library
