I need to get constraintlayout-2.1.4.aar file from
https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/constraintlayout#constraintlayout-2.1.4 ,but I don't know where I get it.

what you want

downloading a aar is one thing. Be able to use the functionality inside it is another thing.
You probably need to use javaobject or write a wrapper to use it in B4A.
