I really do enjoy watching Limor Fried (the owner of Adafruit, also known as LadyAda) explain how Adafruit hardware works in her videos and also what new things for the IoT her company are creating or working on. I find that she's just so enthusiastic about her work and workplace that's it's just infectious.
