WIN10: CPU & HD usage

Some days ago I mentioned my very fast laptop (Win10,i5 & 12 GB Ram) got slow for some reasons. Taskmanager showed me, why:

- Windows telemetry
- superfetch (don't know the english description for the Service)

I know how to switch it off, but... I don't understand why MS always (since WIN95) Needs to slow down pc's :-(

if you have SSD you can turn off prefetch & superfetch.

it's intended to make your system faster tho

Is quite easy! You should always buy new and faster PC's.
