Probably not. window-messages is something other.
I thought you were talking about windows-notifications.
Don´t know if it is possible with B4J though to send or receive with B4J.
Also Windowsmessages needs a window-handle (or process-handle) for Messages to send/receive
Maybe with a jni lib. Don´t know if such exists for B4J.

Does the calling program tell your app what type of messages to be sent? the message should include these members such as a window handle, a message identifier
