I am a newbie experimenting with my first handheld (an Axim X30 - outdated but usable!). I have a program I wrote in REALBasic (Xojo) which creates a shopping list. I output that list to a text file. My first Basic4ppc experiment is a program which reads the textfile and loads the items into a listbox on the Axim. It all works OK. However, I don't know how to address the Axim in the Windows program. I am using Win8 and Windows Mobile Device Center which shows me the structure in Windows Explorer. I would like to write the initial text file directly to the Axim folder rather than another Win folder after which I have to drag the file to the appropriate Axim folder.
Can anyone tell me how to access the Pocket folder structure in Windows since there is no drive letter associated with it?
Thanks
Bud
