Wish - Color Selection

Is there a particular reason why in the Designer, when we select a color we have a selection list like this

And in gradient color selection we have a color selection tool like that ?

I wish to have better uniformity in the way of choosing the colors. Or be able to choose my favorite way. Thanks for your support and sorry if this has been already asked.

I would like to have support for the standard color picker from Windows. I'm using an alternative for that one that's much better than all the rest. For more info, check Jovian Color Picker.
