Wish: notification and statusbar list

Hi!

Would be great to have a possibility to get a list of all current notifications (SMS, WhatsApp, Market updates, phonecalls) and also the status bar contend (WIFI/BlueTooth enabled, time, battery sate) as a library.
Especially the notification list would be a super feature.
