It would be great to have a service (buy/ sell) forum where users can buy, sell, or trade programming services. I've been in need of custom programming that I can't seem to wrap my head around and don't have much time to dedicate to that I would pay someone to do for me. another need I have is for graphic designs...

Well, I was trying to follow this tutorial, but I can't for the life of me set up the SQL database on my server. I'd be willing to pay someone a small fee to do this for me (I actually need 3 set up for 3 different apps). PM me if interested
