Android Question word by word voice recognition

How can you do live voice recognition like google now and the stock keyboard?

That one isn't live/word by word, it only gives the completed sentence.

what do you mean by word by word?
TTS detects silence and returns the reco.. so you can just utter your words with long silence between them.
