As far as I could search, xml files are just html files with a "twist", so it would be so dificult to crreate a sub to write your data ein that format...
Anyway take a look at this link on msdn.

and take a look at my "simple HelpFile Creator" here, were I used a series of loops to write my data in a similar format...
