Android Question EnableDisableWifi

I would like to Disable and Enable Wifi on Samsung Tablets.

The Forum suggest a few options such as ABWifi Library, ICOSPhone Library, SimpleWifi

I already use the Phone Library but that does not seem to have a control to Enable/Disable Wifi.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a simple solution?
