iOS Question Best way to connect B4i DIRECTLY to MS SQL database.

I have a B4X app. I am aware of jrdc and have it working. Due to customer constraints it is not always possible so I am trying to be connection agnostic.
I have B4A and B4j running with both JRDC and direct using JdbcSQL and SQL.
B4i is running fine on jrdc so all that is left is a B4i direct connection. Does anyoneknow of a solution?
