I thought this might be interesting for the forum. While the language AWK isn't very well-known by the general public, it's probably fair to say it's a classic language that will be around for many more years.
So, anyway, some person took upon themselves to make a first person shooter in it...
In case somebody was looking for inspiration for a new app, perhaps it's possible to find something to like here:

I just found these and thought they might provide inspiration. It's about making two classic games with a physics engine. Pretty cool, I must say. I'd play those games. :)

I'm not into game development at all, but I still can't help but find it interesting. :)
I came across the article below, which contains fascinating insights into some beautiful graphic effects. I thought it might be inspirational for somebody here in the forum, especially now that Erel is...
I'm not a game developer by a long stretch, but I do have a very soft spot for pixel graphics. (Might have something to do with countless hours spent playing games and coding 6502 on Commodore 64. :D)
So, anyway, yesterday while investigating some important business strategies (read: lazy...
Now and then I waste a little time playing games I can find on the Google Play Store. Sometimes I find a game that feels ripe for a remake using B4X. Sometimes because it's just fun and seems like a nice challenge for a single person to make. Other times because it's like the game I played which...
