1.9 I'm getting the "dictionary can't be null error as well

First of all, first rate application!

I noticed there was someone else getting this, he had some strange looping construct. I don't have anything strange, just a Main and a service.

I tried your first program and there are several errors. There is a missing quote on line 59 as well as other issues.
