i can't install Apple Configurator 2 (it need macos 10.15.6 and above)
i there any way to use local mac to install app from B4I (7.2) on my iphone (os 14.5) without Apple Configurator 2

Apple made a change that causes the device to reject the ip based SSL certificate.
