Android Question 2 Questions about edittext

Hi all i have 2 questions about edittext.


1 - what the name of this bar and how remove this? i see this when i select a word on my edittext and hold my finger on this word.





2 - how can i select text sentences only with one click(touch)?
i see a lot of apps with this on google play, only 1 click and automatic select the sentences

how can i make this? i not found this on forum, any ideia how to make.
