Android Question I want get new Version B4A but 19% + via PayPal?

Hey Erel,
i want to purchase a new Version from B4A. The Price for STANDARD in your Store is 59 Dollar. But when i want sold it in/with PayPal it will show me the Enduserprice in Euro. In the next Step i must see the Europrice plus 19%.
Why !?
I have break the order!

This is the EU VAT fee. It goes directly to the EU.

If you have a VAT ID then you can enter it on the second order page and the VAT fee will be removed.

Is this new? (previous orders were without any additionally VAT).

It is not new. The PayPal implementation was not perfect and this was one of the reasons that now all orders go through FastSpring (PayPal is supported through FastSpring).
