Android Question How to use import libnodave library in android for communiting with plc

Its been a week of constant searching and still found no solid solution of how can I connect s7 plc with Android through the router for data transfer and more. But I found a library libnodave which is used for this purpose. I found articles which told how to use this library but found none On how to import this library into the android studio.
This question also arises in my mind that is this library compatible with Java or is it even possible to use this in the android studio?
Is there any other library that can be used?

Please help!
