Android Question a problem with simulator, not with phone

hi i wrote a program that its correctly work in phone
but when i test it with simulator (i tried with two simulator BLUESTACKS and LDPLAYER)
its not correctly work and showed a message to me and program stopped
it is that message:
"Program has stopped
open app again"

how can i fix it?
