Bug? Absstract designer open off screen

With my three screen setup - two on top side by side and one underneath in the middle when I first open any program, then Designer for some reason it always opens the designer on the BOTTOM screen halfway off the right side of the screen. This puts the Abstract Designer completely off the screen to its right. I have to do an Alt>Spacebar>M then left arrow to move the Abs. Des. back on the screen. A simple solution would be to open them with reference to the Code. The bottom screen is home (menu) if that makes a difference.
