Q1. The issue of having to resave all the layouts after making changes when working with custom views is rather... mhe. Is there an easy way to "refresh" the layouts without having to open each one and save it. Has anyone find a trick to handle this?
Q2. The files layout has a nice feature of listing all the layouts on your project. We have also seen improvements to the IDE like a tree view for modules and functions.
Currently to be able to get a similar listing on the abstract designer, you have to go click File > Find the layout you want, each and everytime. Isn't it possible to have a scrollable window with a layout listing similar to the files tab that you can also dock, but for the Abstract Designer? Then instead of having to click File and look for a layout, you undock the layout listing, scroll and double click the layout you want.
Now that I think about it, perhaps even the listing of the custom views, they can also have their own scrollable window. This takes away the 1. Clicking Add View, 2. Scrolling to the component you need etc etc.
Q3. At times I just want to go directly to my layout and update it, but each time the WYS window pops up, is there a way to turn off the WYS... design screen, so that I just go to the other screen?
UPDATE:
Whist I was tying, I was wondering if I could undock any of the existing windows and "move them out"... Not bad at all. There you go... problem is, it opens another instance of the designer each time I select a layout. I wish I had a bigger screen or an option to open 1 designer instance at a time. This kind of scrollable list would be awesome for the custom views.

Are there any abstract designer tricks available that you have found and care to share?
Thanks in advance.
