Abstract disigner scrollable

I am programming a little tool for my company
and need a portrait view at a Galaxie Tab 10.1

Unfortunaly the scrollview is about 3 pages long and the
disigner window does not fit on my screen.

There are no scrolling controlls on this window and so I can not reach
to the 3. screen to place all the views.

Is it possible to add these controlls to the windows?

Put all your views on a Panel bigger than the screen.
And 'play' with the Top property of the Panel.
