Access to SIM card contacts?

Hello!

I try to access the contacts on the SIM card (i want to write a program wich copies some contacts from Outlook contacts to the SIM card). But I cannot find a way how to access the SIM card.
Can someone help me here?

That is currently not possible. The Outlook library will not return contacts from the SIM card.
