Android Question activity not loading correctly after screen is locked

activity not loading correctly after the screen is locked

when i run the activity for the first time it will work correctly, but when i turn off the screen then open it again the activity seems to be killed (finished) for no reason
and then it will be like this

any ideas ?

Are you loading your layout ONLY when FirstTime is true (Activity_create)?
YES: Load your layout not only when FirstTime is true.
NO: Good
