Why the AD HOC - in production is disable and i cant mark it?

As write, you have already a AD HOC certificate. Revoke it and create a new if you need to recreate it

Do i need to delete from: development under : provisioning profile ?

You do need to delete provision profiles that are tied to the revoked certificate. A simple solution is to delete all keys and start from scratch. There is no reason to hit ad-hoc limit.

1. You don't need to create development certificates at all.
2. Are you using push notifications in these apps? If not then you can use a single production-ad hoc certificate for all apps.
